Name of item : Zokokubori Chabitsu (tea container). A Zokoku-biri is one of famous folk art originated in Sanuki, Kagawa in Shikoku. It is one of Urushi wares which was established Zokoku Tamakaji (1806−1869) who was an Urushi artist in Edo period and he was called a founder of Sanuki Shikki (an Urushi item in Kagawa). Age : 1970's
Condition : Very good. There are wears seen in the bottom.
