Item description : This is a unique crescent shaped Karatsu-yaki plate made by the 13 successor Taroemon Nakazato (1921-), who is the great Karatsu yaki pottery famous all over Japan, his kiln. Please see his profile at Taroemon. It looks simple but shows profound beauty and elegance. It is a valuable item to add to your collection. The his signature and stamp are on the back of the lid.
