Item description : Shimadai tea bowl which includes 1 Aka-raku and 1 Kuro-raku tea bowl. This is a Sokuchusai konomi for Omote-senke use and used for Hatsugama tea ceremony in new year's day.
The lid has a Kakitsuke (note) written by Mr Rozan Matsuzaki who is a chief priest at Unryusan temple in Wakayama prefecture as shown.
