Name of item : Akaraku tea bowl which is in a Chojiro style provided with the Mei(name) of "congratulations and happiness" written in the back of the lid as shown.
Name of potter: Mr Shoraku Sasaki (1944-) lives in Kyoto. Chojiro was a great tile craftsman who worked for Sen no Rikyu and especially he was ordered to made a Raku style tea bowl by Rikyu at that time (1600's). The style of the tea bowl follows one of Chojiro's masterpieces. Age : 1990's
