This is a woderful Urushi Obon(a tray) with elegant Cranes in gold lacquered works. It is presumably made in 1940's or before and it is overall in good condition for age although there are scars, hits and hair cracks seen on the corners. Please look at the drawings of the cranes which look fabulous. Please add this woderful piece to your collection of Japanese Urushi works.
