Item description : This is an elegant Hirado-yaki flower vase in a pail shape. A Hirado-yaki is orginated in Hrado Nagasaki back in Edo period (1700's). The character of a Hirado-yaki is this elegant white base color (called Hakuji). It cana be used as a Mizusashi (water jug) if a lid is provided). There is a signature of the potter in the bottom but it is hard to read it. Please add it this rare piece to your collection.
