Item description : This is a Chaire, called Katatsuki, with an elegant Shifuku cloth made by a famous potter in Kyoto, Joichi Okeya (1935-). Name of a katatsuki comes from its shape and it is one of standrad style of chaire tea caddies often used for a tea ceremony. Please look at the glazed surface and Shifuku cloth that creates perfect harmony. Please add this tasteful piece to your collection of tea items.
