Item description : This is an Ondayaki plate with a handle to carry for Japanese sweets with their unique color and glazed surface. An Onda yaki is located in Oita Kyushu and has their hisory since 1705. A British potter, Mr Bernard Leach who made a great contribution to Japanese pottery, praised their beauty highly, especially their unique design of glaze. Please add it to your collection of Japanese plate and use it for your own purpose. The potter name is stamped in the bottom.
