A sprit of Buddhism is deeply related to tea ceremony. In fact, a tea was brought into Japan by a buddhist priest and had been spread among them at the beginning. The original manner of a tea ceremony was also establshied by a Buddhist priest in Zen section. Murata Shuko, before Sen- no- Rikyu, who originally started a tea ceremony in simple style at a tea room, is also a Zen priest. In this sense, we focus on the aspect of Buddhist spirit and we would like to introduce fabulous Buddhist art in this category. Please enjoy look at these items.
