This is a tasteful tea shelf called "Hogetsu-Dana" ( literally means "A shelf to hold the Moon") which comes probably comes from the atomosphere of the shelf. It is assumably made of a zelkova and the grain of the woods clearly appeares and looks chic and tasteful. It is made presumably in 1980's or before but it looks like it has been kept unused and it is in excellent condtion although there is a thin hair crack slightly seen in the corner along the grain of the wood as shown. Please use this wonderful tea shelf at your Otemae to make it more attractive.
