    This is a Satsuma Yaki Flower vase with a picture of fowls partially hand painted. A Satsuma Yaki hasa long history since end of 1500's and devided into 2 kinds such as Shiro(White)Satsuma and Kuro(Black)Satsuma depending upon the base color. This vase belongs to Shirosatsuma and the character is small line cracks on the surface as you see. It is elegant and tasteful. Pease see the picture of fowls. It looks so real and gorgeous. This flower vase enable you to prepare woderful flowers and to make a perfect flower arrangment for your room. It is an old item made circa in mid to late 1900's but still in perfect condition.
